This page is a convenience summary, not a separate agreement. All disclaimers, warranty exclusions, and limitations that govern your use of emAIl Sentinel Pro are set out in the Terms of Service — see Section 9 (Disclaimers), Section 10 (Limitation of Liability), and Section 22 (Copyright / DMCA Notice and Takedown). If anything on this page conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control.

The short version

• No guarantee of delivery. We do not warrant that the Service will detect every relevant email, that every rule will be evaluated, or that any alert will arrive promptly, in order, or at all. Alerts depend on your own infrastructure, Microsoft Graph, the Gmail API, IMAP hosts, your chosen LLM provider, your SMS provider, carriers, and webhook endpoints — any of which can fail, throttle, filter, or change without notice.
• AI output is probabilistic. Rule evaluation and alert wording come from the LLM provider you configure. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent; false positives and false negatives are expected. Read the underlying email before acting on an alert.
• Not for high-risk use. emAIl Sentinel Pro is an assistive workflow and notification tool. Do not use it as a life-safety, emergency, medical, financial-trading, regulatory-compliance, or employee-surveillance system.
• No professional advice. Nothing produced by the Service or its documentation is legal, medical, financial, tax, security, compliance, or other professional advice.
• Third-party names. Third-party trademarks and product names are used only to identify compatible or user-configured services. They do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
• Marketing is not a warranty. Feature lists, screenshots, examples, and pricing summaries describe intended functionality at the time of publication and may change.
